- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
- Ohio Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
- Ohio Life and Health license preferred but not required.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
